Health Insurance Qualifying Life Event Changes
Effective November 1, 2009 employees who have a qualifying life event and need to make a change to their health insurance will be required to go online to the new system call EBenefits Now. Paper forms will no longer be available for these type changes. Employees should log on to the EBenefits Now to submit their changes. Qualifying events include changes in spouse’s employment, marriage, divorce, etc.
