Privacy & Security Training Instructions for Non-Employees

(contractor, industry rep, student, vendor, volunteer, etc)

Non-Employees required to take UNC Health Care's Privacy and Security Training must at a minimum review the Information Security and Privacy Training Module. The other 4 modules may also be required depending upon your responsibilities with UNC Health Care. Your UNC Health Care contact will advise you as to which modules to review.

Complete Steps 1-5 below for each training module that you are required to review:

Step 1: Click on the training module link (below) to review.

Step 2: The training modules are in PowerPoint and can be reviewed online or they can be printed out for review.

Step 3: Once you have completed your review of the training module close the PowerPoint presentation and click on the Acknowledgement Form link (below).

Step 4: Print the acknowledgement form and complete for the Training Module that you just reviewed.
Step 5: Provide the completed acknowledgement form to your UNC Health Care contact.
